White promoted to vice president at Colonial Life
COLUMBIA, S.C. (Sept. 10, 2018) — Michelle White has been promoted to vice president of client management at Colonial Life.
In the new role, White oversees more than 90,000 existing employer client relationships through proactive and personalized engagement, with the ultimate goal of client growth, retention, and a market leading client experience.
White, who joined Colonial Life in 2012, most recently served as an assistant vice president of core client management at Colonial Life. In that role, she developed teams responsible for driving the growth and retention of clients in our mid-market, as well as improving client and consumer level persistency for the company.
Prior to joining Colonial Life, White served as an associate in the Professional Development Program with Unum Group, Colonial Life’s parent company, and as an operations analyst at Unum US.
White holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Maine and a master’s in business administration from the University of Connecticut. She leads Unum Group’s LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group and she also volunteers with the Girl Scouts.
