Colonial Life names Ashley Minor as Senior Vice President of Colonial Life Sales

Columbia, S.C. – (October 17, 2024) Colonial Life, a leading provider of voluntary benefits, has appointed Ashley Minor to its executive team as senior vice president of Sales for Colonial Life. Ashley has been in the financial services industry for more than 15 years and has had a successful sales career with Colonial Life for over a decade.

Minor’s journey with Colonial Life started as a district manager, where she led her team to tremendous success in recruiting, developing talent and agency building. Following this she moved into a Territory Sales Manager role, where she deepened broker relationships, strategically grew the footprint of the territory through talent recruitment and development and sales and service for new and existing customers. Most recently, Minor led the South region as Vice President of Sales where she has driven significant growth through fundamental sales strategies, modern and innovative technology, data-driven insights, and a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement. She has been nationally recognized at Colonial Life on numerous occasions for her leadership qualities and contributions.

Minor studied sports medicine and physical therapy at Auburn University.
