Tim Arnold is Executive Vice President of Voluntary Benefits at Unum Group and President of Colonial Life. He is responsible for shaping an enterprise-wide approach to voluntary benefits while continuing to lead Colonial Life and is renowned for his motivational leadership. Tim joined Colonial Life in 2011 and has served as an executive leader across many key functions. Previously, he worked at Unum for 27 years, during which he held leadership positions in underwriting, corporate planning, client services, national accounts sales and benefits. Tim proudly serves on the boards of the South Carolina Center for Fathers and Families, the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce, and the South Carolina Junior Gold Foundation. He earned a bachelor's degree in Management and an MBA in Finance from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Tim holds the professional designations of Associate, Life and Health Claims and Fellow, Life Management Institute.

Trish McFarlane is the CEO and Principal Analyst for H3 HR Advisors, is co-host of the At Work in America podcast on the HR Happy Hour Network alongside Steve Boese. She is also the creator of the HR Happy Hour WORK BREAK! vlog. A former HR executive and HCM product leader with over 20 years of experience in Big 4 public accounting, PR, healthcare, manufacturing, and IT, Trish brings that knowledge to her clients as an analyst and advisor. Trish graduated from Webster University with an MA in Human Resource Management, and also holds a BA in Sociology and Minor in Political Science from the University of Missouri. She's a working mother who loves writing, doing anything artistic, and volunteering for organizations that help children.
