His team focuses on ensuring that the right processes, tools and talent are aligned to deliver quality benefits education and engagement experiences to workers via the nearly 50,000 enrollment events Colonial Life supports annually. Outside of work, Unverfehrt serves on the Board of Directors at Transitions, a non-profit focused on ending homelessness in South Carolina. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in international business from the University of South Carolina.

Dana is an expert in enrollment communications and is deeply passionate about helping employers build effective communication strategies. She has been with Colonial Life for 37 years and has held leadership positions for over 30 years.

Stephen Kelly is an Assistant Vice President at Colonial Life where his team focuses on the growth and retention of Colonial Life’s key clients. He has been with the company for almost 17 years in a variety of leadership roles in field development, enrollment technology and client management. Prior to his time at Colonial Life, Stephen was in human resources in several leadership positions with ExxonMobil.
