Access is granted to the primary broker contact. If you need additional users added, the primary contact can log in and add them as needed.

Once the primary broker logs in, they can add additional users by following the steps in “Adding Additional Users” on the Broker Portal. This ensures others on your team have access if needed.

You can reset your password directly on the Broker Portal login page. If you experience issues, please call VB Tech Support at 1-800-438-6423 (option 2, then option 5) for assistance, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. ET.

View-only access to the Colonial Life for Clients portal is available. If you need to make adjustments or process payments, you’ll need to submit a General Service Provider (GSP) Agreement Request Form, located under the Client section on the Broker Portal.

Please contact Broker Support at BrokerSupport@ColonialLife.com and provide your Broker Code or location. We’ll connect you with your dedicated Colonial Life sales representative to assist with setup and any questions.

If it’s been a while since your last login, please log in and confirm your password is up to date. If needed, use the password reset option on the site or call VB Tech Support for help at 1-800-438-6423 (option 2, then option 5), Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. ET.

Make sure you’re logging in with the correct credentials. Only the key brokerage contact for your agency has access to view compensation information. Compensation and account details are not available for solicitor contracts unless the broker agency grants permission. If you need additional user access, you can submit a request through the Broker Portal.

Each individual and agency contracted with us will receive an email containing their Colonial Life Broker Code, along with instructions to set up access to the Broker Portal.

If you are the primary brokerage contact, you will receive two separate portal setup emails. This is expected, and both accounts should be activated. One account provides access to your agency‑level information, including accounts and commissions, while the other is used specifically for case enrollment activities.
