Mr. Jones is responsible for leading market growth, broker support, agent recruiting, distribution development programs and forward-thinking enrollment solutions.

Jones joined Colonial Life in 2023 and has nearly two decades of experience in business and finance leadership within the supplemental, ancillary and healthcare products industry. Having held product line and business leadership roles with large carriers and distributors, Jones has a track record of driving growth in dynamic markets and has a deep knowledge of insurance products, distribution channels and operations.

Jones earned a master’s degree in business administration from Wake Forest University School of Business and has a bachelor’s degree from Hampden-Sydney College.
