SHRM Webinar

VB: A big bang for small but mighty HR

March 20, 2024

The right benefits package may help small businesses attract and retain diverse talent.

About this webinar

Voluntary benefits enable smaller employers to offer a customized suite of financial protections, without adding more work or cost for the business. These benefits help protect workers in times of inflation and rising medical costs while driving more retention and productivity for your business. In this webinar, benefits experts from Eastbridge and Colonial Life will share the latest trends in voluntary benefits usage and how to make these programs really work — for your employees and your business’s bottom line. We’ll also talk to a Colonial Life Rock Enroll award winner and hear how they engaged employees and made their enrollment a spectacular success.
