Jones joined Colonial Life in 2023 and has nearly two decades of experience in business and finance leadership within the supplemental, ancillary and healthcare products industry. Having held product line and business leadership roles with large carriers and distributors, Jones has a track record of driving growth in dynamic markets and has a deep knowledge of insurance products, distribution channels and operations. Jones earned a master’s degree in business administration from Wake Forest University School of Business and has a bachelor’s degree from Hampden-Sydney College.

Ashley Minor is a dynamic professional whose journey is marked by a blend of educational achievements and career milestones. In 2007, she proudly graduated from Auburn University, where she earned her degree in sports medicine and physical therapy. In 2008, Ashley transitioned into the insurance industry, beginning her career with Colonial Life Insurance in 2012 as a District General Agent. In 2018, she assumed the role of Territory Sales Manager. Ashley’s relentless pursuit of excellence led her to her current role as Vice President of Sales for the South region. Since 2022, she has taken on the responsibility of overseeing and strategizing sales efforts in the South.
