This website is owned by Unum Group for itself and its subsidiaries and owned affiliates, collectively, “Unum.” When you use this website, and any other websites owned or maintained by Unum or its affiliates, and any content, features, software and internet and mobile applications available on the websites (collectively, the “websites”), you agree to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Use”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you should immediately cease use of the websites.
These Terms of Use can change at any time. When they change, we will post the revised terms and conditions on the websites. If you continue to use the websites after we make changes, you are bound by the Terms of Use as revised. For that reason, when you use the websites, we suggest you periodically visit this page to review the most recent Terms of Use.

Capabilities and features
Unum websites, through their various applications, are used internally by us and externally with others to offer, administer and provide information about insurance and employee benefit products and services and to communicate with customers, insureds, employees, job applicants, vendors, contractors and the public. Our websites, depending on the application, product or offering, provide users the ability to enroll in and change insurance coverage; submit claims and check on claim status; review billing; complete evidence of insurability; access leave and other employee benefit information, services and tools; gather information and perform other functions related to insurance and employee benefits. Our websites also provide administrative tools, data analytic and reporting features for brokers, agents, employers, plan administrators, employees, vendors, insureds and for us.
The features available with each website depend on the application, product or service offered and your approved roles. Our websites contain navigational tools that can direct you to the features available. File formatting and security guidelines, including electronic transmission standards, may apply to your use of particular features. An inability to meet these standards, and transmit and maintain records according to these requirements, may impair your use of the websites and the features available on the websites.
Additional terms and conditions may apply to your purchase or use of any application or any service or feature available through that application. If there is a conflict between these Terms of Use and those additional terms and conditions, whether posted on the other application, or contained in a separate agreement, those additional terms and conditions control with respect to your use of that application, service or feature.
